The aim of our conditioning programs is to help you train smart and perform optimally, whether you are an aspiring athlete or want to maintain good physical function for daily living and recreational activities..
We will first discuss your medical history, our specific goals, take an inventory of your medical history, lifestyle (activity, nutrition and sleep patterns), relevant environmental and occupational factors, followed by a physical movement screening and fitness evaluation. From the results of this assessment, we will collaborate on a practical plan and design a physical conditioning program to move you closer to your goals, and monitor your progress continuously.
